ZLPG系列中藥浸膏專用噴霧干燥機，是一款專門用來解決植物萃取液的干燥裝置，干燥后的物料顏色好、不變質(zhì)，提高了工廠的經(jīng)濟效益;它采用全封閉形式，進風配有三級凈化裝置，過濾加熱后的干燥空氣可達十萬級甚至更高要求。筒體與頂部裝有冷壁裝置，使壁溫<80℃，經(jīng)該機干燥后的產(chǎn)品，不會出現(xiàn)焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象;干燥塔內(nèi)裝有氣刷掃塔裝置，收粉率可達99%以上，且不會產(chǎn)生混藥和粘壁現(xiàn)象;采用CIP在線清洗裝置，使之能適用于多品種生產(chǎn)要求;尾氣采用濕式水膜除塵，使粉塵無外泄，符合環(huán)保要求;系統(tǒng)采用PLC觸摸屏模糊控制，并采用除濕制冷的干空氣密閉輸送成品至包裝儲料倉。

設(shè)備原理Equipment principle

空氣通過加熱器加熱后，經(jīng)送風機進入干燥塔頂部的熱風分配器，通過熱風分配器后，熱空氣均勻的進入干燥塔內(nèi)，并呈螺旋狀運動。料泵同時將料液送至干燥塔頂部的離心噴霧器，料液被噴成極小的霧狀液滴。使料液和熱空氣接觸的表面積大大增加，水份迅速蒸發(fā)，在極短時間內(nèi)干燥為干品。干品由旋風分離器與濕空氣分離，經(jīng)旋風分離器底部的集料旋蝸室由干燥的空氣送至小旋風分離器分離，并收集在收料筒，尾氣經(jīng)引風機排出。

干燥機的熱風系統(tǒng)、吹掃系統(tǒng)、風送系統(tǒng)均配有初效、中效、亞高效等過濾器，凡進入干燥系統(tǒng)的風都經(jīng)過濾處理。凡與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼制作，符合GMP要求。

The exhaust gas is discharged by the blower. 

Hot air system, purge system, wind delivery system are equipped with primary effect, high efficient and other filters, the air is filtered before enter into the drying Chamber. Stainless steel is applied in air contact parts in line with GMP requirements.
